Required Skills: •Responsible for project documentation, permitting coordination, procurement support, submittals, RFIs, change management, scheduling support, quality control, and project closeout. •Assist Project Managers & construction managers with execution of multiple construction projects simultaneously. •Maintain complete project documentation within Procore. •Create and maintain project files. •Track project milestones and critical path activities. •Monitor project budgets and committed costs. •Assist with monthly project forecasting. •Prepare subcontract agreements and purchase orders. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred; or a High School Diploma/GED with equivalent relevant work experience. •Minimum of 3 years' experience working in the construction industry. •Strong written and verbal communication skills. •Proficiency in planning, organizing, time management and prioritizing. •Must be able to meet company’s employment requirements, which include passing a drug screen, background check, and MVR, if driving for the company. •Demonstrated capacity to repetitively lift, carry, push, pull up to 50 pounds, frequent bending, stooping, standing 8-10 hours per day.
