Qualifications: •Leads safety meetings and All Hands meetings, as required. •Conducts analysis on HSE compliance shortfalls and explains findings. •Manages site quality management plan with Quality team. •Leads the implementation of Inspection and Test Plan at site, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards. •Collaborates with the Quality team to compile the project Lessons Learned. •Ensures the project Job Books are complete and meet the Client and RES’ internal requirements. •Ensures that Environmental permit requirements are adhered to at site. •Fosters a culture of continuous improvement. •Ensures that the project is utilizing Safety Management Systems (SMS), Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and technical procedures. •Provides excellence in the management and delivery of the project in line with the client’s expectations.
