Required Skills: •Administer Confluence Data Center clusters, nodes, shared file systems, and external databases. •Configure reverse proxies (Apache/Nginx) for SSL termination, routing, and performance optimization. •Manage indexing, scaling, load balancing, and resource allocation to maintain high availability. •Implement SSO, LDAP, Active Directory, and other authentication integrations. •Conduct security audits, apply patches, enforce permission schemes, and maintain compliance with DOJ security policies. •Develop disaster recovery strategies, backup schedules, snapshots, and failover procedures. •Manage plugin installation, configuration, compatibility testing, and lifecycle updates. •Support Confluence migrations, version upgrades, plugin compatibility testing, and data integrity validation. Qualifications: •Proven experience with clustering, load balancing, indexing, and performance tuning. •Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. •Training in enterprise identity management or SSO technologies (preferred). •Other Requirements (from Both Documents) •Must be eligible for DOJ/BOP security clearance. •Must comply with DOJ Order 1700.01, BOP Computer Security Program Statement 1237.13, and RFO 952.2042. •Must support offpeak work (evenings/weekends) when required. •Must provide documentation, training materials, and incident/problem resolution records.
