Experience in both union and non-union environments. •Demonstrated capacity to evaluate complex and sensitive situations, determine the most appropriate intervention, and effectively guide individuals and groups toward constructive, equitable outcomes while maintaining confidentiality, neutrality, and alignment with institutional policies and values.
