Experience in a Conflict of Interest program is preferred. Required Skills: •Provides administrative support for the Conflict of Interest (COI) process, including assisting with disclosure intake, tracking, and documentation. •Under supervision, supports the COI Committees by helping with meeting logistics, preparing materials, meeting minutes, and maintaining records. •Assists with day-to-day operational tasks such as reviewing disclosures, drafting management plans, and routing for review and approval. •Maintains the electronic COI system by performing basic data entry, responding to user questions, assisting faculty and staff with navigation, and escalating issues to senior staff as needed. •Provides logistical assistance for training sessions, including scheduling, preparing materials, and tracking attendance. •Responds to inquiries from faculty and staff regarding COI policies and procedures, referring complex questions to senior staff. •Performs other duties as assigned. •Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Qualifications: •Bachelor's Degree required •Exerts up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds frequently and/or a negligible amount constantly to move objects. •This position is a security-sensitive position pursuant to Texas Education Code •To the extent that a position requires the holder to research, work on, or have access to critical infrastructure as defined in Texas Business and Commerce Code •Employees must permanently reside and work in the State of Texas. This is a remote position, but it does come on-site at least once a quarter.
