Required Skills: •SolidWorks PDM System Administration & CAD Integration •Configure, administer, and optimize the SolidWorks PDM Professional vault, user permissions, folder hierarchies, and workflow states. •Develop and deploy automated custom datacards, serial number generators, and automated neutral file conversions (PDF, STEP, DXF). •Troubleshoot CAD file structures, broken assembly references, and toolbox configurations for engineering personnel. •Enforce ITAR/EAR access restrictions, CUI protections, within the vault repository. •Serve as enterprise process owner for Engineering Change Notices (ECN) process. •Drive data synchronization and structural alignment between Engineering Bills of Materials (EBOM) in PDM and Manufacturing Bills of Materials (MBOM). •Establish and enforce standard part numbering schemas, revision conventions, unit of measure definitions, and lifecycle states. Qualifications: •BS in Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, IT, or equivalent technical discipline (or equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience) is preferred. •Expert administration of SolidWorks PDM Professional (CSWP-PDM preferred). •Proficiency in SolidWorks 3D CAD modeling and drawing creation. •Understanding of ANSI/EIA-649, ASME Y14.5 (GD&T), ASME Y14.100, MIL-STD frameworks, and AS9100 Quality Management System standards. •All positions at Bascom Hunter are subject to background investigations.
