Required Skills: •Own the configuration management process for all products. •Create, review, release, and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs). •Develop and maintain configurable Model BOMs for all products. •Define and maintain product configuration rules, option compatibility, and allowable product combinations. •Create and maintain released Product Standards defining configurable product structures, model numbering schemes, and part number schemas. •Ensure product structures accurately represent engineering intent and manufacturing requirements. •Create and maintain product configuration profiles for new products and product families. •Create and maintain product labels and product identification requirements. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Systems Engineering. •In-depth knowledge of Bills of Materials (BOMs), configurable products, and product structures. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. •Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and product integrity. •Excellent communication and organizational skills. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple product releases and competing priorities. •Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. •Understanding of electrical power systems including inverters, UPS, BESS, and battery technology. •Knowledge of manufacturing processes, revision control, and engineering documentation standards.
