Required Skills: •Initiate and process IECRs, EECRs, RTORs and engineering change records in Epicor. •Maintain complete configuration records and audit trails. •Coordinate CCB agendas, minutes, action items and follow-up. •Verify documentation completeness before release. •Update BOMs, routings and revision records as required. •Perform configuration audits and reconcile engineering documentation with Epicor. •Generate CCB metrics, queue aging, cycle time and status reports. •Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Planning, Supply Chain and Program Management. Qualifications: •Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred (Engineering Technology, Business, Information Systems or related field). •Strong organizational and administrative skills. •Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel. •Demonstrated capacity to learn ERP and configuration management systems.
