Hiring: Concrete Project Manager Company: ARCO/Murray Location: Nashville, TN Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 18:05:37 Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Excel, Project Management About the job Experience: •3+ years' of construction management on concrete projects in the industrial or commercial sectors Required Skills: •Lead and coordinate all managerial and administrative aspects of project from the earliest stages of preconstruction through project closeout •Work closely with clients and the design team to develop preliminary concept drawings and project budget •Participate in the proposal meetings to review the scope of work, discuss ways to reduce costs, provide value engineering ideas, and negotiate contracts & fees •Oversee subcontractor selection and buyout process for all trades and vendors •Identify and investigate opportunities to procure material and/or specialty equipment directly when advantageous to project budget or schedule •Interface directly with Project Superintendents to develop and review scopes of work/contracts, project schedule, and site logistics plan •Lead preconstruction planning meetings with all designers, subcontractors and vendors aimed at solving potential constructability, sequencing, and/or manpower issues •Organize, plan, and manage multiple activities to accomplish desired results Qualifications: •Are you a passionate problem solver?
