This vital team member will provide a warm welcome, ensure a smooth transition into our community, and continue to deliver support and hospitality throughout each resident’s stay. •Partner with Admissions to ensure rooms are fully prepared for new residents, including verifying equipment, oxygen, and bed availability. •Confirm rooms are move-in ready (lights, call bells, TVs working, belongings cleared, and terminal cleaning completed). •Prepare and deliver welcome baskets with essential items. •Personally greet and escort residents to their rooms, offering reassurance and comfort. •Provide support to families, addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism. •Respond to call bells, assisting residents directly or notifying staff as needed. •Follow the grievance process to resolve concerns promptly.
