As a key member of our team, you will ensure a smooth and welcoming transition into our community while providing exceptional hospitality and ongoing support throughout each resident’s stay. •Partner cross-functionally with Admissions to ensure resident rooms are fully prepared, including verifying equipment, oxygen, and bed availability. •Confirm rooms are move-in ready (functional lights, call bells, TVs, cleared belongings, and completed terminal cleaning). •Assemble and deliver welcome baskets with essential comfort items. •Personally greet and escort new residents to their rooms, offering reassurance and a positive first impression. •Provide attentive support to families, addressing concerns with empathy, professionalism, and urgency. •Respond to resident call bells, assisting directly or notifying appropriate staff. •Follow the established grievance process to resolve concerns promptly and effectively.
