Additional relevant experience may be considered to meet education requirement. •Minimum of 3 years' progressive experience in IT support, preferably within a DoW enterprise environment •Must hold a current certification that meets the intermediate technical support role requirement (DoD 8140), such as CompTIA Security+, SSCP, GSEC, or GICSP. •Strong communication and customer service mindset, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple language. •High-level knowledge of commonly used software, hardware, and client systems within a DoW enterprise environment. •Strong troubleshooting background with the ability to gather and analyze data to isolate the root cause of technical issues. •Demonstrated capacity to change system configurations, settings, and user permissions to resolve computer problems. •Can install, update, and troubleshoot existing software and hardware drivers on client systems. •Knowledge of or experience editing and designing sharepoint sites. •Knowledge of or experience providing functional user support for SAP applications.
