Hiring: Computer Operator IV, Testing and Data Collection Company: Dexis Location: Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 11:16:06 Employment Type: Contract Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Office, Security Clearance About the job Required Skills: •Support functional users of computer systems by accepting processing requirements and preparing them for execution. •Set up and maintain test projects, suggest improvements, and customize electronic data-entry forms for complex projects. •Use web-enabled data management systems such as ODIN and VDLS to track and monitor data flow. •Use application tools such as Cognos to query databases and produce professional reports based on user requirements. •Monitor daily data flow to identify errors or anomalies for corrective action. •Identify and resolve routine technical problems involving data collection software and databases. •Provide user training on software packages as required. •Operate in a Secret environment in accordance with required security procedures and regulations when required. Qualifications: •Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. •Must possess a high school diploma. •Must be proficient in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding English. •Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. •Must be proficient in the use of computers and Microsoft Office software. •Must be able to meet the physical requirements necessary to perform assigned functions, which may include working in extreme heat or cold, high humidity, blowing sand and dust, confined spaces, at heights, and walking distances over unimproved terrain while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE). •Must be available to support work outside normal duty hours when required by mission needs. •Must be willing and able to travel within CONUS and OCONUS as required. •Dexis is on a mission to help solve today’s most pressing global political, social, and economic challenges and create a world where all people are safe and prosperous.
