Location: Blaine, MN Job Posted Time: 2026-09-15 12:41:05 Target Skills & Keywords : C About the job Required Skills: •Assists the Supervisor with executing the production schedule and assigns tasks to Compounders and related staff. •Understand and follow safety guidelines and procedures, including proper PPE use and promoting a safe culture with the team. •Understand and follow manufacturing procedures and operate complex processing equipment to mix batches meeting Right First Time Quality specifications, and clean and sanitize equipment. •Complete all required paperwork, batch close out, documentation, sampling, inventory transactions and reporting for the compounding department, in line with GDP. •Assists with technical support and mentoring and training for compounding staff •Assists leadership with ensuring all plant policies and procedures are followed •Assists leadership with identifying and driving process improvements and communicating any challenges •Assists other Work Centers as needed Qualifications: •Must follow GMP and GDP requirements. •Must follow instructions, pay attention to details, and effectively multi-task •Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs •Must display leadership skills and lead by example. •Must be able to effectively problem solve.
