Required Skills: •Accurately measure and retrieve ingredients using scales. •Mix various ingredients and identify solids requiring melting using hot plates. •Identify ingredients that require dilution, dilute them appropriately, and record raw materials usage. •Maintain quality standards by verifying the weight and contents of raw materials. •Conduct in-process batch inspections and document all process events. •Process liquids, powders, and use homogenizing and spray dry methods of compounding. •Follow standard batch instructions to weigh dyes and other substances accurately. •Check for consistency in various batches and measure the viscosity of mixtures. Qualifications: •This role operates within a team and cross-functional environment. The working hours are from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM on the 2nd shift. A uniform and proper personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn at all times. •This is a Permanent position based out of East Brunswick, NJ.
