(collectively, the “Company”) Required Skills: •Operate cosmetic manufacturing equipment including Homogenizers, Agitators, and Mixing Vessels. •Weigh, charge, blend, and process cosmetic raw materials according to approved batch manufacturing records. •Monitor mixing parameters such as temperature, speed, vacuum, and processing time. •Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, quality, and hygiene requirements. •Perform equipment setup, cleaning, and basic maintenance activities. •Record production data accurately and maintain manufacturing documentation. •Partner cross-functionally with Quality, R&D, and Production teams to resolve manufacturing issues. •Identify and report process deviations, equipment malfunctions, or quality concerns. Qualifications: •High school diploma or equivalent. •Operational familiarity with handling and processing cosmetic raw materials. •Demonstrated capacity to follow batch instructions, SOPs, and safety procedures. •Demonstrated capacity to read and understand basic English manufacturing documents and instructions. •Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a positive work ethic. •Previous work experience with a cosmetic ODM/OEM manufacturer. •Knowledge of GMP and cosmetic industry regulations. •Forklift certification or related manufacturing certifications (preferred but not required). •Proficiency in operating cosmetic compounding and mixing equipment. •Understanding of cosmetic raw material characteristics and handling requirements.
