Required Skills: •Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to ensure the safety of you and your team. •Ensure proper PPE, tools, equipment, and material handling equipment is used correctly. •Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation. •Properly handle and store components and finished products to prevent damage. •Perform accurate and precise mold preparation processes. This is a critical first step in the infusion process and will require very detailed implementation of multi-step chemical processes. •Utilize a variety of hand tools (e.g., torque drivers, screwdrivers, rollers), and specialized fixtures and test equipment safely and efficiently. •Perform all the steps of loading, bagging and infusing fiberglass parts. •The Composite Technicians will be trained on the processes for all fiberglass parts that make up the USV, including hulls, decks, hull bottom structure, and small parts. Qualifications: •High School Diploma or equivalent required. •1-3+ years of experience in lamination or a similar manufacturing environment preferred. •Demonstrated capacity to read and interpret technical documentation, including assembly diagrams. •Operational familiarity with basic hand tools used in manufacturing and lamination •Basic understanding of infusion processes and safe chemical handling processes. •Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work safely. •Demonstrated capacity to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment. •Must be able to walk, stand, and navigate large indoor and outdoor facilities for extended periods of time. •Demonstrated capacity to lift, carry, and move materials and equipment weighing up to 25 lbs on a regular basis. •Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required in designated areas or when performing specific tasks, in accordance with safety protocols and company policy.
