While performing the duties of this position, may regularly be exposed to an extreme and austere desert environment. Required Skills: •4-6 Years relative successful work experience •Perform hand lay-up of wet-lay composite materials •Cutting and trimming of composite parts to close tolerances using hand tools such as hand router, hand drill, hand sander and inspection equipment •Structural bonding and fastening of composite assemblies, including surface preparation for bonding •The ability work closely with others in a team orientated work environment •Must be able to verbally communicate, read and comprehend written and verbal instructions, detailed blueprints and other similar authorized drawings and documents, and be capable of doing basic mathematical calculations •Able to work extended hours as required. Perform other duties as directed by supervision and management for the benefit of the company, program, or employee(s) •Laser projection experience is a plus Qualifications: •A & P license or military aircraft experience a plus •Operational familiarity with pneumatic drill motors, 90 degrees drill motor, rivet gun and sets, dye grinders, countersinks, cages and standard hand tools, nut plate installs, Hi-locks, riveting. •High School Diploma or equivalent.
