Collaborate with other teams that provide training and education to help ensure a consistent, cohesive message is communicated between various groups. •This Position Will Use Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, Vizio, PowerPoint And As Appropriate Approved AI Solutions To Generate Training Content. The Position Will Have Knowledge And/or Subject Matter Expert On The Following Regulations •Federal Anti-Kickback Statue and applicable Safe Harbors. •Stark Law and applicable exceptions. •Federal and state False Claims Acts •The position will effectively communicate the compliance and ethics standards and procedures to all employees through the compliance education and training programs •The position will be responsible for the oversight of compliance related communications and marketing.
