Collaborate with other teams that provide training and education to help ensure a consistent, cohesive message is communicated between various groups. •This Position Will Use Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, Vizio, PowerPoint And As Appropriate Approved AI Solutions To Generate Training Content. The Position Will Have Knowledge And/or Subject Matter Expert On The Following Regulations •Federal Anti-Kickback Statue and applicable Safe Harbors. •Stark Law and applicable exceptions. •Federal and state False Claims Acts •The position will effectively communicate the compliance and ethics standards and procedures to all employees through the compliance education and training programs •The position will be responsible for the oversight of compliance related communications and marketing. Qualifications: •Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Health Administration, or related field, is required from a four-year accredited college or university •Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications •Proficient knowledge of spreadsheet/graphics, presentation, database, and report writer software •Strong project management skills, along with the ability to take initiative and work independently •Certified in Healthcare Compliance (�CHC�) designation, or other nationally recognized healthcare compliance certification •Masters in Health Administration or equivalent or Juris Doctorate Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
