Required Skills: •SRS Acquiom is currently searching for a Compliance Specialist for our Contract Administration team. •Responsible for reviewing and analyzing SRS Acquiom’s contractual obligations under the definitive agreements, as it applies to the distribution of transaction consideration and funds. •The Compliance Specialist will be responsible for coordinating with various internal departments to ensure all relevant information is received to ensure a timely distribution. •The ideal candidate has great attention to detail, is a self-starter but also capable of working well on a team, can quickly comprehend key provisions of complex agreements, think outside the box to solve problems, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. •This position is either hybrid out of our Denver, CO office or a fully remote position from within the Continental United States. •If the candidate selected lives within a 20-mile radius of our downtown Denver office, they will be classified as a hybrid employee and beginning September 8, 2026, working one day per week in office is expected. Beginning February 1, 2027, two days per week in the office will be expected. •A 20-mile radius the Denver office, they will be classified as a fully remote employee and in-person onsite visits to the Denver headquarters will be required on average three times per year. •Manage and monitor an ongoing portfolio of assigned post-closing releases in our system of record.
