Required Skills: •Assist Chief Compliance Officer with all Compliance responsibilities. •Perform reviews on various functions of the firm to evaluate compliance with regulations, rules, policies, and procedures. •Maintain compliance records and documents, including obtaining new hire and annual employee attestations. •Interface directly with the Marketing department to ensure all materials are compliant with the SEC Marketing Rule; reviewing all marketing materials upon creation and distribution, as well as annually. •Review employee-client communications to maintain compliance with SEC communications rules. •Prepare quarterly and annual regulatory filings, including 13F and ADV filings. •Stay informed about new and changing regulations and interpret the impact on the firm's operations; research and investigate current and new SEC regulations to maintain firm compliance. •Identify gaps and inform solutions that minimize losses resulting from inadequate internal processes, systems, or human errors. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. •Proficient with MS Office applications. •Exceptional organizational skills, communication skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking skills. •Demonstrated capacity to handle confidential information with utmost discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
