All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions. •Required Qualifications, Competencies, And Experience •Demonstrated ability to analyze, research and resolve data discrepancies while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality •Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with students, faculty, staff, and external partners •Proficiency in utilizing information systems, databases, reporting tools, and standard office software to manage records, generate reports, and support business processes •Knowledge of student records regulations and best practices, including FERPA , enrollment certification processes, transcript management, and academic records administration •Demonstrated experience developing process improvements, creating procedural documentation, and supporting technology-driven initiatives Qualifications: •This position is designated as a Campus Security Authority in accordance with the Clery Act.
