Required Skills: •The following duties are normal for this position. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned. •Provide effective leadership in enhancing and sustaining the compliance programs to ensure they are commensurate with equivalent sized bank programs and practices and in line with the expectations of federal and state regulatory authorities. •To develop and maintain required compliance training, training related to staff development, and other ongoing training/education as assigned. •Assist in assessment and monitoring the compliance and enterprise risks associated with the Bank’s business activities, operations, and products and services. •Assist in managing the Bank’s compliance and risk assessment programs, including policies and procedures, training and testing. Such as Flood, CRA, HMDA, Fair Lending, and ID Theft. •Assist, review, and collaborate with other bank departments to gather information in preparation for audits and exams. Review responses for regulatory exams, audits, investigations, and other information requests. •Ongoing development and updates to CRA plan and monitoring compliance with the plan. •Prepare reports and information for the Board of Directors as needed. Qualifications: •To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and ability required. •Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. CRCM, CAMS, or similar certification preferred. Ongoing Compliance related education is required.
