Qualifications: •Subsidy program compliance (LIHTC, Section 8, affordable housing), from recertifications to agency reporting. •The master compliance calendars and reporting that keep leadership informed. •This is a prevention role. Success is measured in what does not happen: zero audit findings, no eviction dismissals, no missed recertifications or filings, no lapsed insurance, and complete legal files ready on demand. We track these metrics monthly and reward them.
