Qualifications: •Knowledge of life and disability insurance regulations. •Strong analytical and communication skills, including regulatory correspondence. •Proactive mindset with a drive to improve processes. •Demonstrated capacity to build trusted partnerships across all levels of the organization. •Travel, including overnight stays, may be required periodically. •FINRA licensing may be required. •Proven experience with compliance risk testing programs. •Strong track record of navigating regulatory environments within the insurance or financial services sectors. •Demonstrated capacity to design and implement effective compliance initiatives aligned with business goals. •Skilled at balancing regulatory precision with practical, business-friendly solutions.
