Hiring: Complex Product Manager Company: Osaic Location: Atlanta, GA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 11:42:01 Employment Type: Full-time / Hybrid Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Product Management, Project Management, Series 7, Wealth Management About the job Required Skills: •Execution-focused product management role supporting coordination, analysis, and ongoing support for complex product categories. •Owns roadmap development, product prioritization, governance alignment, sponsor strategy, advisor education, and cross-functional execution for assigned complex product categories. •Lead the end-to-end lifecycle for assigned complex products, including intake, business case development, review coordination, onboarding, launch readiness, post-launch monitoring, product changes, remediation, and retirement from the shelf when appropriate. •Create disciplined processes for evaluating products that may deliver similar exposures through different vehicles, helping reduce inconsistent treatment across alternatives, annuities, ETFs, advisory platforms, and insurance wrappers. •Oversee product availability, platform requirements, operational dependencies, compensation or fee considerations, advisor education needs, disclosure support, and communication planning. •Ensure product changes, sponsor updates, platform constraints, and issue escalations are documented, prioritized, and communicated to the right stakeholders. •Serve as the strategic Product Management contact for assigned complex product sponsors and platform partners. •Prepare executive-ready presentations, committee materials, decision summaries, product updates, and strategy recommendations. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered. FINRA Series 7 license strongly preferred. •5 or more years of financial services experience, preferably in product management, platform management, product operations, due diligence, insurance and annuities, alternatives, investment solutions, or wealth management strategy. •Solid functional working knowledge of one or more complex product categories, such as alternative investments, annuities, insurance strategies, structured products, defined-outcome ETFs, options-based ETFs, private markets, or similar structures. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to review product details, adoption data, operational impacts, and market information to identify themes and recommended actions. •Strong project management and organization skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, stakeholders, and open items. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex product concepts clearly and professionally. •Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to prepare clean reports, presentations, trackers, and decision-support materials. •Demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively across Product Management, Due Diligence, Compliance, Operations, Product Systems, Technology, Marketing, Sales, Recruiting, sponsors, and vendors. •Broker-dealer, RIA, wealth management platform, home office product, product governance, or sponsor relationship experience. •FINRA Series 7 preferred or willingness to obtain if required for the role. Series 6, 63, 65, or 66 may also be helpful depending on business need.
