Location: Los Angeles, CA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-09 17:56:38 Employment Type: Full-time Target Skills & Keywords: Compensation Business Partner, Global Compensation, Cash & Equity Compensation, Total Rewards, Benchmarking, Pay Positioning, Radford, Pave, Compa, Workday, HRIS, Equity Administration, AI-Enabled Workflows, Stakeholder Management, Executive Presentations, HRBP Partnership, Labor Market Trends Experience: - 5+ years of compensation experience at a technology company - Experience serving as a compensation business partner to client groups and/or senior leaders - Experience supporting compensation for a range of Engineering and Hardware / Revenue and G&A functions (preferred) - Experience with equity administration platforms such as Schwab EquiView or similar (preferred) - Experience identifying, project-managing, or deploying AI-enabled tools or workflows within an HR or Compensation function (preferred) Required Skills: - Serve as compensation business partner for assigned Engineering and Hardware / Revenue and G&A client groups, advising HRBPs, recruiters, and leaders on pay decisions, offers, promotions, and job evaluations - Analyze competitive trends in cash, equity, and total rewards using tools like Radford, Pave, and Compa to inform program design, benchmarking, and pay positioning recommendations - Deliver compelling training and communication such as calculators, FAQs, manager guides, and executive-ready presentations - Act as an AI champion for the Compensation team, project-managing the identification and rollout of AI-enabled workflows and building enablement resources - Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for audiences ranging from managers to executives - Polished written, verbal, and presentation skills; comfortable building and delivering executive-ready slides and narratives - Familiarity with compensation norms and labor market trends outside the U.S. - Effective partner management skills with experience navigating ambiguity across HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and business leaders - Ability to use emerging technologies, including AI, responsibly to improve compensation workflows and team productivity - Hands-on experience with an HRIS platform (Workday strongly preferred) and market benchmarking tools (e.g., Radford, Pave, Compa) Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or another related field, or equivalent years of experience - 5+ years of compensation experience at a technology company - Experience serving as a compensation business partner to client groups and/or senior leaders - Hands-on experience with an HRIS platform (Workday strongly preferred) and market benchmarking tools (e.g., Radford, Pave, Compa) - Preferred: Experience supporting compensation for a range of Engineering and Hardware / Revenue and G&A functions - Preferred: Experience with equity administration platforms (e.g., Schwab EquiView or similar) - Preferred: Experience identifying, project-managing, or deploying AI-enabled tools or workflows within an HR or Compensation function Compensation: - Zone A (CA, WA, NYC): Base salary range of $142,000-$214,000 annually - Zone B: Base salary range of $135,000-$203,000 annually - Zone C: Base salary range of $121,000-$182,000 annually - This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs - Benefits include paid parental leave, comprehensive medical coverage, emotional and mental health support programs, and compensation packages that let you share in Snap's long-term success Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
