Required Skills: •Work with key partners to implement strategic decisions, facilitate compensation & benefits design and inform key decisions for teams across the region. •Provide comprehensive support to HR and business leadership teams, including program design, administration, reporting, planning, budgeting, and specific analyses. •Co-create the year-end compensation process across multiple business areas from start to finish with peers on the Rewards team. •Support market compensation & benefits survey and benchmarking processes, analyze results, and use findings to drive innovation in compensation plans. •Partner with the Recruiting team and Hiring Leaders to develop competitive new hire offer packages and manage related data. •Collaborate with partners and stakeholders on project delivery, managing multiple work streams and competing priorities. •Contribute to the implementation and communication of compensation & benefits programs. •Work with large amounts of data and build mechanisms to streamline processes and balance risks.
