This position supports compensation strategy and execution across Firmwide functions through market analysis, compensation advisory, regulatory support and project delivery. •Support compensation activities across the employee lifecycle, including new hire offers, promotions, transfers, retention reviews, forecasting and compensation budgeting. •Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify trends, evaluate compensation-related challenges and support data-driven decision-making. •Prepare compensation models, presentations and recommendations for HR and business stakeholders. •Partner with HR Business Advisors to provide guidance on compensation practices, policies and programs. •Actively facilitate and support review and enhancement of compensation policies, processes and governance frameworks. •Monitor external market trends and compensation benchmarks to support competitive and effective compensation programs. •Support annual compensation planning and year-end compensation processes.
