Required Skills: •Contributes to the development and implementation of compensation and benefits strategies, including salary structures, incentive plans, and benefits programs. •Lead and oversee developing and maintaining job descriptions, evaluating job classifications, and determining salary ranges. •Ensures data is correct in the HRIS system and prepares reports and presentations for management. •Conducts market research, participates in salary surveys, and analyzes and benchmarks compensation data to ensure competitiveness. Responsible for job promotions, transitions and local market analyses, and other compensation projects as assigned. •Lead and oversee day-to-day administration of benefits and wellness plans, including health and welfare, retirement and leave administration, and benefits invoices. •Lead and oversee creating and monitoring benefits data files and exception reports, including life event changes, benefit payroll deductions, and other administrative activities. •Establishes and maintains all processes and procedures documents, and builds strong relationships with benefit vendors. •Assists with annual programs, including but not limited to incentive management, salary planning, and annual enrollment. Qualifications: •Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and other systems •Knowledge of compensation and benefits principles. Understand base pay, incentives, health and welfare programs, retirement and leave administration programs and their regulations. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze and interpret data, identify trends, and make recommendations. •Demonstrated capacity to identify and resolve issues related to compensation and benefits. •Knowledge of MS Office Suite with exceptional skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint. •Knowledge of ADP a plus. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills. •Able to manage conflict. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. •Equal Employment Opportunity & Accessibility Statement Compensation: •$70,000 - $85,000 / year Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
