Join our pipeline of mission-driven professionals making a lasting impact through collaboration. •This position is based at the Zachry Group Home Office in San Antonio, TX and follows a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote). •Provide creative solutions and ideas when supporting the enterprise with compensation processes and procedures to support attraction and retention strategies that are consistent within a culture which values the whole employee •Participation in market salary surveys including job matching, data input, results analysis and reporting. Includes base salaries, bonuses, and long-term incentives. Analyzes information to ensure competitiveness. •Lead and oversee position management including job descriptions, titles, Occupation Codes, Rate Codes, and assignment to appropriate salary grades based on market and internal data Maintains files, records, and programs to capture, report, and analyze compensation data.
