Provides compensation recommendations to business partners based on various factors, such as market trends and peer equity analysis, to remain competitive and equitable, as well as attract and retain talent. •Creates and prepares reports and presentations for the purpose of providing written support and/or conveying information to senior management. •Ensures compliance with internal controls and procedures in support overall organizational financial and operational soundness. Monitors changes in federal, state and local compensation laws and regulations to ensure organizational compliance. •Customer Focused - Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
