(ie. community liaison or similar) Required Skills: •The primary role of the Community Resource Specialist is managing a portfolio of community partners that both introduce young adults to the opportunities available at Hopeworks and make sure the community resources and supports are in place for those young adults to succeed. •Under the direction and support of the Director of Community Partnerships, this individual will be responsible for managing a portfolio of community partners representing Hopeworks at various community events and job fairs. •Partnership Management •Manage a portfolio of community partners including referral partners and resource partners to build positive, mutually beneficial relationships. •Work alongside other members of the Community Partnerships team to coordinate communication and activities with partners in other Community Resource Specialist portfolios. •When needed, recruit additional quality partners to join the Hopeworks Partnership Network to add partners to the portfolio •Coordinate with the Communications Department to ensure that all recruitment material is accurate and up to date •Stay abreast of community opportunities with portfolio referral partners (virtual and in-person) to connect with youth and share information about Hopeworks and its offerings. Qualifications: •Minimum of 4 years working in Community Empowerment.
