Hiring: Community Resilience & Family Engagement Program Manager Company: Kolovita Location: Bend, OR Job Posted Time: 2026-09-11 12:17:28 Employment Type: Hybrid Target Skills & Keywords : Accessibility, Microsoft Office, Program Management, SOC About the job Required Skills: •The Community Resilience & Family Engagement Program Manager leads the development and implementation of Kolovita’s culturally responsive health navigation, youth leadership, and family engagement initiatives serving immigrant and refugee communities across Central Oregon. •The position oversees programmatic activities designed to improve health literacy, preventive care access, youth leadership development, and community engagement in public health initiatives among Russian- and Ukrainian-speaking populations. •This role integrates program leadership, curriculum development, staff supervision, community partnership coordination, and program evaluation to expand access to healthcare services, health education, and culturally responsive support systems for underserved populations. •Hybrid position based in Central Oregon serving Deschutes, Jefferson, and Crook Counties, with coordination and outreach extending to immigrant communities across the region. •Program leadership and supervision – 40% •Program development, curriculum design, and evaluation – 30% •Community outreach and partner coordination – 20% •Regional travel to rural communities – 10% Qualifications: •Fluency in English, Ukrainian, and Russian. •Master’s degree in Physical Education, Health Education, Public Health, Social Work, Community Health, or a related field. •Demonstrated experience working with immigrant, refugee, or underserved populations. •Strong program management, leadership, and cross-cultural communication skills. •Demonstrated capacity to coordinate partnerships with healthcare providers and community organizations. •Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. •Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within Deschutes, Jefferson, and Crook Counties. •Operational familiarity with Oregon healthcare systems, Oregon Health Plan enrollment, or patient navigation models.
