Required Skills: •Supports implementation of the California Tobacco Prevention Grant scope of work through June 2028, ensuringtimelycompletion and documentation of deliverables.(20%) •Plans and executes grassroots advocacy campaigns to build community capacity and support tobacco and cancer-related policy initiatives that reduce health disparities.(20%) •Trains andpreparesvolunteers and ACS staff for advocacy efforts, including storytelling and engagement with elected officials.(20%) •Develops tailored educational and media materials using best practices in community organizing and policy change, especially for rural and diverse audiences.(10%) •Tracks and assesses grassroots projects, including e-advocacy campaigns and message testing, to ensure impact and growth.(10%) •Serves as a liaison and builds partnerships with community members and organizations, with a focus on racial/ethnic diversity and communities.(10%) •Supports fundraising efforts and adheres to organizational and grant policies, including health and safety protocols.(10%) •Associates degree+(course work in Public Administration, Public Health, Political Science, Social Work or in other related fields preferred).
