Required Skills: •Leads research design and writing of quantitative research on affordable housing topics. Identifies new research opportunities and proposes a research agenda. •Produces written reports for publication in the Department’s Discussion Papers and short-form publications and may author academic journal publications as appropriate. •Engagement and Translation of Research •Translates quantitative research into actionable insights for housing stakeholders throughout the Sixth District. •Develops and maintains relationships with other researchers and practitioners in support the Department's research and engagement strategy. •Through data analysis and a network of community contacts, contributes to the regular monitoring of affordable housing trends and related issues in the Sixth District. •Briefs Bank leadership on Sixth District affordable housing trends and related issues to enhance understanding of barriers and opportunities experienced by low- and moderate-income populations. •Mentors Community and Economic Development analysts and staff.
