Required Skills: •This role combines strong writing with excellent organization and project management. You will be comfortable drafting an executive LinkedIn post, preparing briefing materials, coordinating a Legal review, managing a speaking opportunity, or supporting senior leaders onsite at an event. •Report directly to the Senior Manager, Communications, you’ll work closely with senior leaders and partners across Communications, Marketing, Events, and Legal. •Content Development •Draft social content, talking points, briefing materials, and Q&As for Managing Directors and senior leaders. •Coordinate senior leaders’ content calendars, reviews, approvals, and publishing •Actively facilitate and support execution of senior leaders’ communications plans and identify relevant content opportunities. •Translate business and communications priorities into clear, audience-appropriate executive content. •Coordinate the executive speaking program, including proactive opportunity identification, submissions, deadlines, speaker preparation, and event logistics. Qualifications: •Excellent writing and editing skills, with experience writing for senior leaders. •Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once. •Strong attention to detail, follow-through, judgement, and discretion. •Confidence working directly with senior stakeholders and teams across the business. •A proactive, ownership-oriented approach and the ability to work independently toward an end goal. •Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift and context-switching is essential. •Agency experience is valued; in-house or startup experience is also relevant. •What We Can Offer You •At Nscale, you'll find a collaborative, supportive, and innovative environment where your contributions spark real impact.
