Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Human Resources, Public Affairs, or a related field, required •5–8 years of experience in communications, public relations, community relations, or a related role, preferably in aluminum, metals, mining, energy, or heavy manufacturing, strongly preferred •Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex operational or technical topics into clear, accessible language, required •Demonstrated capability to engage confidently with media, community stakeholders, and government representatives. •Operational familiarity with safety, environmental, and regulatory considerations typical of aluminum manufacturing operations •The Ravenswood facility is nestled in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains, along the Ohio River.
