Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Human Resources, Business or a related field. •Proven experience serving as a trusted advisor to senior executives and business leaders, with the executive presence, confidence and strategic mindset to influence outcomes, challenge thinking respectfully and provide thoughtful communications counsel. •Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling and presentation skills. •Demonstrated ability to distill complex business information into clear, engaging and actionable communications. •Strong consulting and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. •Strong project management capabilities and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. •Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data and feedback to measure effectiveness and improve outcomes. •Curiosity and passion for emerging communication trends, technologies, and employee experience best practices. •Demonstrated AI fluency and digital curiosity, with the ability to responsibly leverage generative AI and emerging technologies to enhance communication strategy, improve employee experiences, streamline workflows and drive more data-informed decision-making. •Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, SharePoint, Teams and digital communication platforms.
