Qualifications: •Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex financial products, lending strategies, and business initiatives into clear, compelling narratives. •Strong executive communications experience, including developing messaging, thought leadership, and media strategies. •Excellent cross-functional partnership skills, with experience working closely with Legal, Risk, Compliance, Product, and business leaders. •Strong judgment and the ability to navigate complex or high-profile communications moments. •A builder's mindset. You enjoy creating new narratives, developing communications programs, and improving how stories are told across an organization.
