Required Skills: •Seeking a Communication & Wellness Specialist to support employee benefits communications, wellness initiatives, and client engagement for a growing insurance and employee benefits organization. •This individual will create and maintain employee-facing communication materials, coordinate wellness resources and vendors, and support account teams with client-facing projects, employee education, and engagement initiatives. •The ideal candidate is personable, outgoing, creative, and highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple communication and wellness projects in a remote environment. •Create and update employee-facing benefits communications using established templates, primarily in PowerPoint. •Develop benefit guides, open enrollment materials, presentations, flyers, wellness resources, compliance communications, and other client-facing materials. •Update communication materials based on plan design details, benefit changes, carrier information, and client-specific needs. •Review materials for accuracy, consistency, formatting, and overall presentation. •Support account teams with client meetings, employee education campaigns, open enrollment, and other benefits initiatives.
