Required Skills: •This position may be based in a hybrid capacity at any of our U.S. locations. Please note that standard working hours will follow Eastern Standard time. •Support category strategy development and lead sourcing events, for direct materials •Manage supplier communications including performance reviews, pricing negotiations, and coordination with site teams on multi-site or critical escalations •Maintain direct supplier lists and track adherence to preferred or directed suppliers •Monitor supply market changes impacting material availability, cost, and risk •Support Pursuit wide escalations involving quality, delivery, or production continuity Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, or related field. •Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time bases without sponsorship now or in the future. The Company cannot offer employment to visa holders who require employer sponsorship in the future or cannot work now on a full-time basis. •Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations. •Strong technical and cost analysis for material and manufacturing based spend •Demonstrated capacity to work with engineering, quality, and operations in supplier evaluations •Demonstrated capacity to manage cross functional stakeholders and supplier relationships •Strong negotiation and commercial skills •Must be able to have prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. •Must be able to frequently sit, stand and walk. •Must be able to lift and carry up to 15 pounds.
