Qualifications: •Flexibility to travel up to 40%, with the potential for increased travel or in-office presence as business needs evolve. •In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, control systems, and building automation systems (BMS/EPMS). •Proficiency with commissioning and QA/QC software tools (e.g., CxAlloy, BIM360, Facility Grid, Procore). •Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-team coordination skills. •Strong project management capabilities including planning, scheduling, and reporting. •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Building Services, or equivalent experience. •Commissioning certification from a recognized industry authority; PMP considered an asset.
