Required Skills: •We are working with a leading data center developer that is expanding its commissioning team in Denver, Colorado. They are looking for an experienced Commissioning Engineer to support the delivery, testing, and operational readiness of large-scale mission-critical data center facilities. •This is a hands-on role suited to an engineer with strong electrical or mechanical commissioning experience who understands the demands of mission-critical environments and can work effectively across contractors, vendors, engineering teams, and clients. •Support commissioning activities from pre-functional checks through functional performance testing and integrated systems testing (L1–L5). •Review commissioning documentation, drawings, sequences of operation, test scripts, and equipment schedules. •Coordinate with construction, engineering, controls, QA/QC, and commissioning teams to ensure systems are ready for testing. •Execute and witness testing of critical MEP systems and identify, troubleshoot, and close deficiencies. •Support IST, failover, redundancy, and emergency operating scenario testing. •Review equipment startup, installation verification, and pre-functional checklists. Qualifications: •3+ years of commissioning experience within data centers, mission-critical facilities, industrial facilities, or similar complex environments. •In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, with a preference for candidates with an electrical or mechanical engineering background. •Demonstrated capacity to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, sequences of operation, and commissioning documentation. •Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. •Excellent communication and documentation skills. •Willingness to work on-site in Denver, Colorado. •Relevant engineering, commissioning, or technical certifications.
