Required Skills: •The successful candidate will demonstrate strong project management, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to navigate complex cross-functional initiatives and drive executional excellence. •Lead commercialization projects from approval through market launch and post-launch evaluation for ISB and AFH. •Coordinate cross-functional teams including Marketing, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Technical Services, Finance, and Sales to drive execution and alignment. •Develop and maintain commercialization project plans, timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies. •Monitor initiative progress and proactively identify issues, gaps, and execution risks requiring escalation. •Facilitate governance meetings and prepare materials for leadership reviews and decision-making forums. •Partner with Innovation and Brand teams to support the transition of concepts into executable commercialization plans. •Ensure launch readiness across all functional areas, including manufacturing, procurement, packaging, customer readiness, and distribution requirements. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Food Science, or a related field.
