Required Skills: •Mine and analyze sales, market, and customer data to uncover trends, identify high-value opportunities, and develop data-driven strategies to increase sales effectiveness and market penetration. •Translate data insights into targeted sales plays and campaigns, equipping the sales teams with the specific information they need to win in competitive markets. •Commercialize and support new and existing service offerings for North America sales channels. •Interface directly with the sales channels to identify qualified customers to pilot new service offerings in preparation for new commercialization launches. •Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for commercialization initiatives, providing actionable insights to both sales leadership and product management. •In partnership with the Product Management Team, develop virtual and in-person sales training initiatives and new development launch demonstrations of new and existing offerings. •Provide customer support for sales and fulfillment channels within the services portfolio offers (i.e., leadership presentations, strategic sales skills, product & services demonstrations, operational excellence training, etc.). •Partner cross-functionally with Product Management and development teams on new functionality needs based on voice of customer and associate feedback. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Technical bachelor’s degree preferred.
