Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. •5–7 years of directly related experience in the title industry. •3–5 years of supervisory or management experience preferred. •Demonstrated success designing, developing, and executing complex projects within a functional area of expertise. •Demonstrated capacity to build and maintain effective working relationships with management across functional groups and business units. •Strong influencing skills with the ability to gain buy-in and navigate sensitive situations while maintaining positive working relationships. •Demonstrated capacity to communicate a clear vision, establish aligned goals, and create systems to measure results. •Understanding of competitor, financial, and industry dynamics. •Demonstrated commitment to customer service by managing expectations, soliciting feedback, and ensuring commitments are met. •Strong communication, presentation, listening, and negotiation skills.
