Required Skills: •Lead and supervise a team of refrigeration technicians on construction sites. •Coordinate and schedule project tasks to meet deadlines. •Install commercial refrigeration systems, including walk-in coolers, freezers, and HVAC units. •Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. •Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise. •Maintain accurate project documentation and reports. •Partner cross-functionally with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project success. •Mentor and train junior technicians as needed. Qualifications: •Correct Certifications and other relevant licenses. •Strong leadership and communication skills. •Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
