Required Skills: •Reviews LOS system for input accuracy and data integrity. •Monitor pipeline for loans in process as well as the maturing loan list. •Reviews credit Loan Presentation and completes internal Processing Checklists to ensure compliance with regulations, internal policies, procedures, correct signing authority and how best to secure the collateral, if applicable. •Provide a quality control review of each other’s loan documents prior to being sent out to Business Banker or Universal Banker for wet or electronic signing. •Prepares the electronic customer file and also provides any instructions to the booking team that will assist in loan set-up. •Assists Business Bankers and Universal Bankers with questions regarding loan documentation and loan documentation status. •Order Title Commitments, UCC filings, CRIS Search, Flood Certificate, payoff statements, DMV searches and any other collateral / entity-based information when applicable •Completes required training associated with job function.
