It offers the opportunity to leverage deep client management expertise while expanding your impact through leadership, coaching, talent development, and team success. •This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Albany, NY, requiring an in-office presence three days per week to foster collaboration, professional development, and strong partnerships across teams. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. •PeopleFirst Leadership •Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Account Management team, fostering a culture aligned with NFP’s PeopleFirst values, including respect, inclusion, accountability, and continuous improvement. •Provide day-to-day guidance and direction to team members, ensuring clarity of roles, priorities, and expectations. •Monitor team workload and capacity, proactively balancing assignments and determining readiness to take on new clients and opportunities. •Establish clear performance expectations, conduct regular check-ins, and deliver ongoing coaching and feedback to support individual and team success. •Partner with team members on career development, including goal setting, skill-building, and succession planning aligned with business needs.
